Job descriptionArchitect and develop robust, high-performance mobile applications using React Native. Own end-to-end feature development from requirements gathering to production deployment. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, and backend engineers. Ensure the application meets quality standards through testing, performance optimization, and code reviews. Guide and mentor junior and mid-level mobile developers. Contribute to improving development processes, tools, and mobile CI / CD pipelines. Stay up to date with emerging trends in mobile development and evaluate and recommend new tools and frameworks. 6+ years of professional software development experience, with 4+ years in mobile development. Deep hands-on experience with either React Native (preferred) or Flutter. Strong skills in TypeScript (for React Native) or Dart (for Flutter). Solid understanding of native mobile app development principles, performance optimization, and platform-specific nuances (iOS / Android). Experience integrating with RESTful APIs, and familiarity with GraphQL is a plus. Strong command of version control (Git) and CI / CD processes for mobile. Familiarity with app store deployment (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). Excellent problem-solving skills, code quality, and attention to detail. Proven experience working in fast-paced agile teams. Experience with Redis or other caching layers. Familiarity with SQL or other relational databases. Exposure to event-driven or CQRS-based architectures. Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana). Security best practices in backend services (JWT, OAuth, rate limiting, etc.). Familiarity with Go profiling and benchmarking tools.
