Designation : Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience : 1+ years (Freshers also welcome)

Salary : -Upto 7.20 LPA

Job Profile :

To manage and oversee financial accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and compliance functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory adherence while providing strategic financial insights for business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors for timely completion.
• Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including GST, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business objectives.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and improving profitability.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and controls.
• Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and reports to management.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting and finance staff.

We are a CA Firm providing services in Income Tax, International Tax, GST, Audit and Assurance, as well as Special Transaction Services such as Mergers, Acquisitions, Restructuring, and Consolidation. We have our presence in Ahmedabad and Mumbai. We have a team of 32 people catering to many large corporations. We are providing services of Project Finance from Nationalised Banks and Financial Institutions.
