Role Description
We are seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven leader who can generate consistent business growth on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata Cliq, aabo Website, thru Social Media platforms in domestic and international marketplaces.
You’ll own aabo’s digital shelf — optimizing listings, improving conversions, managing ad campaigns, and enhancing customer experience. You will drive online D2 C business strategy and execution for aabo's innovative digital health solutions, leading the sales team to achieve targets and expand market presence. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with other departments to align sales initiatives with company goals. The Sales Head will also oversee sales forecasting, develop strategies for market penetration, and ensure the performance metrics are met. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale aabo’s presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Croma, Tata Cliq, aabo website, Social media and other major marketplaces (India + International).
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns across e-commerce platforms with targeted focus on sales growth and ACOS ≤ 15%.
- Handle product catalog management — listings, keywords, product titles, descriptions, and backend optimization.
- Create and manage A+ content, Brand Store pages, and video ads to drive higher conversions and engagement.
- Develop and optimize SEO and keyword strategies to increase product discoverability and ranking.
- Regularly track and analyze performance metrics — impressions, CTR, conversions, ACOS, and ROAS — to drive actionable insights.
- Manage customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to improve brand reputation and trust.
- Work with the creative and design team to develop compelling product visuals and lifestyle imagery.
- Drive seasonal, festive, and brand campaigns to maximize visibility and revenue.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Stay ahead of marketplace trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities.
- Exposure to international platforms (Amazon Global, Noon, UAE marketplaces, etc.) will be a strong advantage.

Proven experience in sales management, strategic planning, and business developmentStrong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skillsDemonstrated ability in client relationship management and networkingAnalytical thinking with a focus on achieving sales targets and growth objectivesKnowledge of digital health solutions, healthcare industry trends, and AI-enabled platforms is highly advantageousExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferredExperience working in startups or healthtech companies is a plus
