Position : Channel Manager - Direct HNI
Experience : 10 - 16 years
About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced professional to drive HNI client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth . The role involves directly sourcing clients, offering tailored investment solutions, and ensuring high-quality client engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire and manage HNI clients through networking, references, and self-sourcing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across Mutual funds, Wealth, equity, debt, liquid, PMS, and SIP products.
- Build long-term client relationships and drive engagement programs.
- Reactivate dormant clients and onboard new investors.
- Partner with corporates and distributors to expand business opportunities.
- Support business development initiatives such as events, campaigns, and contests.
- Provide timely client / product updates and ensure strong after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and internal processes.
- Furnish sales reports and maintain updated records in sales portals.
- Lead and guide a team of Relationship Managers, driving their performance and capability building.
What We’re Looking For :
Proven experience in HNI client acquisition & relationship management (financial services preferred).Strong knowledge of financial products and markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
