Role Overview

A Senior US IT Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for US clients—direct clients, MSP accounts, IT + Non-IT (BFSI mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

Full US recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → scheduling → closing).

Work on IT and Non-IT BFSI requirements .

Hands-on sourcing using Dice, Monster, CB, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.

Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding.

Build strong pipelines and maintain client / candidate relationships.

Requirements

4–6 years of US Staffing experience (Direct Client + MSP must).

Mandatory experience in Non-IT / BFSI hiring .

Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Must be comfortable working night shift (US hours) .

Immediate or quick joiners preferred.
