Position Overview :

• The Director of Performance Marketing will spearhead ISB EEDL's digital growth strategy, driving measurable results across paid channels, lead generation, and conversion funnels. This role focuses exclusively on performance-driven marketing initiatives , optimizing paid media investments to support the enrollment and revenue targets for executive education and digital learning programs. This role involves leading internal performance marketing teams ;
