Key Responsibilities I. Strategic HR Framework

• Set up the HR department framework with clear SOPs and an HR handbook.
• Define and document processes for recruitment, induction, onboarding, and performance evaluation .
• Audit existing HR processes and create a structured, scalable HR system .
• Ensure end-to-end visibility across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, and compliance from Day Zero.
• Conduct quarterly process reviews to keep HR aligned with business goals.
