Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications Delivery time Scooter Pricing Finance options etc. Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR Process adherence No deviation from the Processes or SOPs Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customers CX rating Knows driving and have DL Good communication skills
