Overview
The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for semiconductor EPC projects. This role ensures timely execution of engineering, procurement, and construction activities by coordinating with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and contractors. The scheduler plays a critical role in integrating timelines across multiple workstreams, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to project milestones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and integrate EPC phases.
- Monitor critical path, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Generate weekly / monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule inputs.
- Support risk analysis and change management for schedule deviations.
- Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.5+ years of experience in project scheduling within EPC or semiconductor industry.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.Strong understanding of EPC workflows and semiconductor facility construction.Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and resource loading.Analytical and organizational skills.Effective communication and stakeholder management.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
