We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews. This position is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are looking to start their career in human resources.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting them on various job boards.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.
