About One Metric :

One Metric is a fast-growing RevTech and CRM solutions company helping businesses optimize revenue operations, marketing automation, and data-driven growth. We work with leading CRM platforms and RevOps tools to deliver measurable impact across client sales and marketing ecosystems.

Role Overview :

We’re looking for an experienced and high-performing Consultative Sales Manager to own the end-to-end sales process at One Metric — from lead qualification and pitching to deal closure and client onboarding. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in consultative selling, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation to closing and onboarding.

Manage and nurture inbound and outbound leads; build a predictable sales pipeline.

Deliver impactful client presentations and proposals aligned with One Metric’s offerings.

Deeply understand client needs to position our CRM, RevOps, and marketing tech solutions effectively.

Collaborate with delivery and project teams to ensure smooth handoff and successful onboarding.

Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategy, pitch decks, and pricing models.

Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline movement, and client feedback using CRM tools.

Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements :

5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, RevOps, Martech, or digital transformation services.

Proven track record of closing high-value deals and meeting sales targets.

Strong communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills.

Comfortable with solution selling and handling mid-to-senior-level client conversations.

Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Location- Gurugram (Onsite)
