We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in tech hiring and HR operations. This is a full-time role based out of Indore. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes. You’ll work closely with the HR, operations, and leadership teams to support organizational growth and create a strong internal culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Independently manage end-to-end hiring for tech roles (AI / ML, Engineering, Product), Data Science, Media, Freshers and non-tech roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, communities, and other sourcing channels.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Draft job descriptions, manage job postings, and maintain candidate pipelines.
HR Operations
Maintain and update HRIS, employee records, and databases with accuracy.
Handle onboarding, offer letters, documentation, and induction processes.
Support offboarding, exit formalities, and asset tracking.
Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
Assist in performance management cycles and OKR / KRA tracking as required.
Employee Experience & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries.
Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal events.
Help prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reference checks.
Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations.
Requirements and Skills :
3–4 years of experience in HR roles, with strong exposure to tech hiring and HR operations.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with HR tools, Google Workspace, MS Office, and ATS platforms.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
