Job Summary : We are seeking a Contract Lifecycle Manager to oversee end-to-end post-contract obligations and ensure ongoing compliance, timely renewals, and revenue alignment. In this role, you will track contract milestones, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage invoice and renewal workflows, and ensure that obligations under MSAs, SOWs, and Order Forms are carried out accurately and on time.

A strong understanding of commercial contract terms is key, and candidates with a finance or revenue operations background (e.G., revenue recognition, billing schedules, invoicing dependencies) will be especially valued.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and track the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including MSAs, Order Forms, and SOWs.
• Monitor key contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines;

proactively send reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.
