Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager with a strong background in Municipal Solid Waste Management or related sectors (infrastructure, logistics, etc.) to lead human resources at our Noida operations. This role requires expertise in industrial relations, statutory compliance, union management, and strategic HR leadership.
Key Responsibility :
IR and Union Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives.Facilitate regular union meetings and open dialogues.Manage union negotiations, settlements, and agreements within legal frameworks.Handle grievances and disputes effectively and in a timely manner.Compliance & Legal :
Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and government regulations (e.g., CLRA, Factories Act, PF,ESIC).Maintain updated statutory records and filings.Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors.Employee Relation and Engagement :
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve motivation and retention.Implement fair disciplinary procedures and grievance redressal mechanisms.Payroll & HR Administration
Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions are accurate.Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRMIS with confidentiality.Coordinate with finance and operations on manpower budgets.People Management and development
Lead and mentor the HR team for better execution and efficiency.Plan and implement employee training, upskilling, and performance improvement programs.Conduct team-building and cross-functional collaboration activities.Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution :
Act as an escalation point for conflict resolution and HR issues.Provide strategic HR solutions that align with business objectives.Desired Candidate Profile :
Masters or Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in MSW, infrastructure, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.In-depth knowledge of labor laws, union handling, and statutory compliance.Proven experience in grievance handling, negotiations, and disciplinary procedures.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to manage pressure, multi-task, and lead a site-level HR function independently.ref : iimjobs.com)
