About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong aesthetic sense, a keen eye for detail, and the ambition to grow within a fast-paced, design-driven environment. You will work closely with senior designers and project teams to support design development, client presentations, and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in developing interior design concepts, layouts, and material boards.

Support the creation of 2D drawings, 3D visualisations, and detailed working drawings.

Participate in client meetings, document discussions, and assist in translating requirements into design deliverables.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material selection and project delivery.

Conduct site visits for measurements, quality checks, and project supervision.

Maintain project documentation, design files, and sample libraries.

Collaborate with project managers and the design team to ensure smooth execution from concept to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, colour palettes, and ergonomics.

Ability to create mood boards, presentations, and accurate design documentation.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience :

0 to 2 years of relevant experience in interior design or interior project execution.
