The Senior Manager for Automation Hardware oversees the design, development, and implementation of hardware systems for automation processes. They ensure that projects align with organizational goals and technological advancements, maintaining the highest quality and efficiency standards. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and control Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in hardware engineering in automation. Proven track record in a leadership role, managing teams and projects in a dynamic environment. Solid understanding of automation technologies, including AI, and IoT. Experience with design software, simulation tools, and CAD. Years of Experience : 15-20 Yrs Lead the Automation Hardware department in developing cutting-edge hardware solutions. Oversee project management processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of automation hardware systems. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and incorporate relevant innovations into the department’s projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including safety and quality norms. Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for team members. Define the strategic direction for the automation hardware division.

• Team Management : - Oversee recruitment and professional development within the department. ~ Project Management : - Manage end-to-end projects, from concept to deployment.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with software and systems. ~ Evaluate cost-effectiveness and ROI of projects and technologies. ~ Quality Assurance and Compliance : - Implement and oversee quality control processes.
• Ensure all hardware meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop safety protocols and risk management strategies. ISO 9001 : 2015 or related Quality Management certifications. Strong leadership and project management abilities. Ability to strategize and execute long-term technological plans. Financial acumen related to budgeting and cost management.
