Job Description

Your Career

The Business Systems Specialist is a member of the Sales Operations team. The role will be based in our Bangalore office in India.

This role helps to ensure systemic accuracy and usability of our sales tools through timely and accurate resolution of support tickets. Primary sales tools to be supported will include, but not be limited to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (FKA Steel brick), Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.Ai, Close Plan, and Callidus Commissions.

Your Impact

• Assign, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (FKA Steelbrick), Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.Ai, and ClosePlan, Callidus Commissions and other sales tools
• Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
• Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required information
• Assist in scheduled maintenance of the systems via data migrations
• Maintain the SLA targets
• Manage access and visibility related issues
• Assist with documentation of best practices and usage
• Ability to work with a variety of internal / external customers and vendors (some technical, some non-technical) in Sales Operations
• Demonstrate skills in continuous learning, flexibility, customer focus, quality commitment and good relationships
• This is a global role, requiring flexibility to work in shifts to support our worldwide teams and business needs

Sales operations work behind the scenes to make sure that our sales relationships run smoothly, enabling and empowering the teams across the world. As part of our sales operations, you support the sales team by providing research, reports, and craft and support systems and processes that enable the process of sales. You are committed to your team’s success – and enjoy pitching in to assist when it comes to solutions selling, learning, and development. It’s a true partnership, one built on building the best cybersecurity solutions for each individual client.
