The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions :
Game Insights and Strategy :
- Deep dive into game performance metrics to identify opportunities for player retention, engagement, monetization, and overall product improvement.
- Partner closely with product and design teams to define, monitor, and optimize KPIs aligned with game strategy.
- Analyze player behavior patterns, identifying actionable insights to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue.
Revenue and Conversion Optimization :
Conduct funnel analyses to pinpoint critical drop-offs and suggest data-driven improvements.Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of A / B tests to optimize core metrics such as retention, DAU, ARPU, and payer conversion.Product Development and Feature Enhancement :

Proven wizardry with Mixpanel and proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).Deep passion for gaming, with a strong intuitive understanding of player motivations and behaviors.Exceptional problem-solving skills, hands-on approach, and proactive mindset focused on enhancing team performance through data.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Master's, MBA, or PhD preferred.Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities, clearly articulating insights to technical and non-technical audiences.Preferred Experience :
