Data Visualization Specialist

Job description

Job Responsibilities :

Create Data Visualizations and Dashboards to communicate correlational insights & recommendations to HR & Business / Functional Leaders
Build Visualizations using both flat & hierarchical datasets with suitable drill-down functionality to present an aggregate, team & individual view
Develop views that are customizable for multiple stakeholders : HR, Business, Functional, COE, Employee, Leadership etc.
Translate requirements from internal stakeholders into Dashboards & Visualizations that provide rich insights

Behavioural Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Technical Skills :

Data Visualization Tools, primarily Power BI (proficient with DAX queries, RLS Configuration, Custom objects handling, Paginated Reports)

Data visualization and Storyboarding

Data analysis and Insight generation

Ability to work with varied source systems and integrate data

Data Modeling at Visualization Layer

Data Warehousing and Data Lake Concepts, SQL Knowledge

Preferred Skill : Power Platform

Education Qualification :

Btech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Certification required :

Relevant certifications in Power BI (PL-300 or so) and / or other data visualization tools like Tableau etc
