SAP EWM Functional Consultant

Job Title : SAP EWM Functional Consultant S / 4HANA (Pharma & Life Sciences Domain)

Experience : 8-10 Years

Location : Any DC location of Infosys

Role Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Consultant with 10 years of overall experience and strong S / 4HANA expertise to support and enhance our warehouse management operations in the Pharma and Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of end-to-end business processes hands-on experience with EWM implementations and a strong understanding of integration across SAP modules.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and support projects in S / 4HANA environments.

Design configure and test EWM processes including Inbound Outbound and Internal warehouse operations.

Work on embedded and decentralized EWM systems ensuring alignment with business and system requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements map business processes and develop optimal EWM solutions.

Demonstrate expertise in EWM integration with SAP modules such as MM SD and PP.

Define and configure warehouse structure storage types storage sections and process types.

Manage data migration activities including master and transactional data transfer from legacy systems to S / 4HANA EWM.

Conduct functional testing UAT and support go-live activities.

Prepare functional design documents configuration documentation and user training materials.

Provide production support troubleshoot issues and ensure continuous process improvement.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and technical consultants for system integration and issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with Pharma and Life Sciences industry standards and regulatory requirements in warehouse operations.

Actively participate in stakeholder engagement status reviews and project planning discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

10 years of overall experience with at least 6 years in SAP EWM.

Must have experience with S / 4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized).

At least one full-cycle EWM implementation experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of warehouse management supply chain processes and inventory management.

Good knowledge of Goods Receipt Put-away Picking / Packing Deconsolidation Physical Inventory and Replenishment processes.

Proven experience in system design testing implementation and documentation.

Working knowledge of IDocs queue monitoring and integration testing.

Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work in dynamic multi-stakeholder environments.

Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences domain is required.

SAP EWM Certification is preferred.
