Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR functions, including overseeing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. Responsibilities also include supporting workforce planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining an efficient and inclusive workplace. This role allows for a combination of in-office and remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Human Resources, including HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
• Deep understanding of HR Policies and compliance requirements
• Leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to foster a positive work environment
• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively and prioritize tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate sector or related industries is a plus
