"The Sr. Front-End Developer will play a crucial role in creating and optimising user interfaces to enhance the customer experience for digital commerce projects, including SAP Hybris Commerce and similar technologies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that design and functionality align with business objectives and user needs. The developer will also identify opportunities for improving the performance and usability of web applications in a fast-paced, global digital commerce environment

As a Lead Front-End Developer, you will :

• Develop and implement user interfaces for complex multi-channel customer experience projects & digital commerce projects, including SAP Hybris Commerce and similar technologies using Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX / UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design and functionality align with business needs.
• Support project timelines by identifying and mitigating risks and resolving development-related bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for performance optimization and efficiency.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and demonstrate the impact of front-end development.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation.
