Role Description

This is an on-site internship role in Pune for an aspiring Human Resources (HR) professional. The HR Intern will assist in various HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, assisting with personnel management tasks, and supporting the execution of HR management strategies. Interns will also participate in day-to-day activities to gain practical exposure to HR processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and a basic understanding of HR Management concepts
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Familiarity with Personnel Management practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment
• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous exposure to HR environments or internships is a plus
