The Role :
We're seeking a Head of Marketing who blends performance marketing expertise with strong creative storytelling. You'll build Ctruh's marketing engine from the ground up - owning strategy, execution, brand, pipeline generation, and team building. From ABM execution to SEO strategy, Google Ads optimization to narrative development, this is a high-impact leadership role demanding both analytical precision and creative excellence.
This is a hands-on role initially - writing copy, running ads, crafting landing pages, developing content - before scaling into a multi-person marketing team.
What You'll Own :
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership :
- Develop and execute Ctruh's end-to-end B2B marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
- Own full-funnel marketing planning, budgeting, and ROI
- Define positioning, messaging, and segmentation frameworks
- Build and scale the marketing team (starting solo, growing to 5-8)
- Establish Ctruh as a category leader in immersive commerce
- Report performance analytics, pipeline contribution, and attribution to leadership
2. Demand Generation & Lead Gen :
Build a multi-channel demand generation engine that consistently produces qualified pipelineExecute campaigns across paid, organic, content, email, field marketing, and eventsOwn MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets with clear attributionDrive lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion optimizationPartner with sales on alignment, handoff, and feedback loopsDeploy drip sequences, retargeting, and lifecycle automation3. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) :
Build and manage ABM programs targeting enterprise accountsDevelop personalized multi-touch campaigns for high-value targetsCreate account-specific assets, landing pages, and contentImplement ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, etc.)Measure ABM engagement, conversion, and deal acceleration4. Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing :
Own Google Ads end-to-end : Search, Display, YouTubeManage LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B ad platformsRun experiments across creatives, landing pages, and audiencesOptimize CAC, CPL, CPA, ROASScale winning campaigns strategically5. SEO & AI Discoverability :

Website & Conversion Optimization :

Events & Field Marketing :

Marketing Operations & Technology :
