Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Collections – PCC Developer with over 5 years of experience. The selected candidate will oversee debt collection processes, manage cash collection, and maintain strong communication with customers regarding payments and account inquiries. The role also involves resolving customer service issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in finance-related operations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Debt Collection and Cash Collection methods
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interactions
• Solid understanding of Finance principles related to collections and payment processing
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote capacity
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with financial tools, systems, or processes relevant to collections is an advantage
