Role Description
We are seeking a Content & Communications Manager who can :
- manage social media and content strategy
- write high-quality blogs, posts, and episode descriptions
- coordinate with podcast guests
- support overall content operations for the brand
This is a hybrid role combining storytelling, social media management, guest coordination, and brand communication .
Responsibilities
Content Writing & Publishing
Write blog posts, Medium articles, newsletters, and behind-the-scenes storiesDraft captions, social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Community)Prepare episode summaries, highlight notes, and quotesMaintain a consistent brand voice across all platformsSocial Media Management
Build and manage weekly content calendarsCreate and schedule posts, clips, quotes, and updatesSupport short-form content packaging (basic editing coordination)Track engagement and optimize growth strategyGuest Communication & Coordination
Draft outreach emails, confirmations, reminders, and thank-you notesManage guest scheduling (multiple time zones)Collect bios, photos, and episode materialsMaintain a structured guest pipelinePodcast Support
Prepare briefing notes for recordingsAssist in episode promotion + launch coordinationPull timestamps, key moments, and highlightsManage content libraries and episode assetsCommunity & Brand Engagement
Monitor comments, DMs, and tagsBuild engagement with followers and partner pagesSupport relationship-building with guests and collaboratorsGeneral Organization
Maintain content repositories and databasesTrack deadlines, tasks, and publishing timelinesCoordinate with editors, designers, and freelancers when neededQualification / Requirement
Excellent written and spoken EnglishStrong storytelling and copywriting skillsExperience in social media management (LinkedIn + IG strongly preferred)Ability to adapt to brand voiceHighly organized, reliable, and proactiveComfortable communicating with high-profile guestsPreferred Qualification
