Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX / UI Designer to design seamless, intuitive, and aesthetically strong user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to transform ideas into user-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI layouts for web & mobile.

Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into design solutions.

Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ship high-quality features.

Maintain and enhance the design system ensuring consistency across platforms.

Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.

Create visually compelling interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and UX best practices.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in UX / UI design (EdTech or consumer apps preferred).

Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design work.

Proficiency in Figma (primary), Adobe XD, or similar tools.

Understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience working with EdTech platforms or marketplaces.

Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS for better developer collaboration.

Motion design or micro-interaction experience.
