Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Chennai. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing technical solutions, supporting sales teams with technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the engineering team, conducting product demonstrations, managing technical proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in Robotics and Automation is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
