Finance Analyst / Investment Associate

Stockwell Solar Services Pvt Ltd (SSSPL), founded in 2017 by IITians, is a company specialising in Solar and BESS OPEX / RESCO business models, providing comprehensive solar solutions with over 100 MW of solar assets operational and more than 1000 MW of projects under construction.

Responsibilities :

Assist in the execution of Debt financing, and equity raising.

Prepare financial projections, DPR and pitch decks.

Maintain relationships with banks and investors.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related financial services role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and valuation methodologies.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
