Position : Senior Merchant and Ass. Merchandiser – Consumer Products

📍 Location : Mumbai

💰 CTC : ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Merchant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product sourcing, pricing, negotiation, vendor management, and costing — with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for consumer products.
• Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies while maintaining product quality and timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Analyze market trends, product pricing, and competitor activities to optimize margins.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain and build strong vendor relationships for long-term business partnerships.
• Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to plan future buys effectively.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards across all categories.
