Content Manager - SEO

Our products like JustCall unify conversations across channels, surface insights instantly, and transform how global teams sell, support and scale 24 / 7 across time zones, and without friction.

We are on the lookout for a Content Manager to scale and manage content production for JustCall. You will be responsible for defining and showing us what good looks like when it comes to impactful, engaging webpages and blogs, and then managing that process.

You'll work closely with our SEO team (responsible for technical SEO and strategy), content team (including managing one senior content writer), and a roster of vendors to deliver high quality, search optimised content that drives measurable growth.

This is a Hands on Management role that combines project ownership, editing and execution. You'll oversee the production pipeline, manage external writers and vendors, and ensure that every piece of content we publish is accurate, engaging and aligned with overall goals.

We're looking for someone who thrives on building structure - from creating briefs and reviewing drafts to establishing workflows, managing vendor relationships, and tracking performance. If you're as comfortable writing as you are leading others and improving processes, you'll be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and scale JustCall's content production pipeline in partnership with the SEO team.
• Create detailed content briefs for internal writers, external vendors, and agencies.
• Oversee external writers and vendors, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Edit and review content for accuracy, clarity, and SEO best practices.
• Write content to support production goals or high priority initiatives.
• Maintain content quality and consistency using style guides, checklists, and structured review processes.
• Track and report on content performance, taking ownership of improvements when results fall short.
• Experiment with and refine AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency in research, briefing, and editing.
