NON IT RECRUITER (TARGET BASED)

We serve enterprise and mid-market clients across India with remote-first talent acquisition services and performance-led hiring engagement models.

About The Opportunity

We are hiring a target-based Non-IT Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across non-technical functions on a remote-first model. This is a high-impact role for recruiters who thrive on hitting KPIs, building deep candidate pipelines, and closing volume hires with speed and quality.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions : source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and close candidates to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri / Indeed), Boolean search and referral channels to build a consistent, qualified pipeline.
• Conduct structured phone and video screens, evaluate fit against JD and competency frameworks, and present curated shortlists to hiring managers.
• Manage offer workflow and candidate negotiations; coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth handover to HR / Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS / CRM, track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer-acceptance) and deliver weekly status reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job briefs, set realistic SLAs, and implement process improvements to scale volume hiring.
