The Team : The Customer Insights and Commercial Analytics team is a high-impact function operating at the intersection of business intelligence customer experience and commercial strategy. We partner with leaders across the division to transform complex data into actionable insights accelerating revenue growth and margin expansion. Our work is critical to shaping the future of how we serve our global customers through innovation in AI automation and advanced analytics.

The Impact : As a Senior Analyst for Customer Insights you will be the voice of the customer backed by data. You will analyze customer behavior feedback and engagement to uncover key insights that drive retention guide product strategy and enhance the overall customer experience. Your work will directly help the business understand what our B2B customers need and how we can better serve them.
