Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager - Client Servicing, based in New Delhi. The General Manager will oversee client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and effective communication. Responsibilities include managing client services, tracking performance metrics, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to deliver seamless event experiences. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to improve client engagement and service quality.
Qualifications
6+ Years of experience in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Experience in Presentation & proposal creation and management.
Experience in end to end client servicing from planning to execution.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Experience in the events or sports industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
