Ea To Senior Leader- Manager- Gurgaon

We are hiring for Manager level EA to Senior Leader based out in Gurgaon.

Roles & responsibilities

Calendar and meeting management : Schedule meetings, manage agendas, and coordinate travel itineraries.

Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals

Communication handling : Screen and direct phone calls, manage emails, and act as a liaison between the executive and internal / external stakeholders.

Document preparation : Create and organize reports, presentations, and other corporate documents.

Administrative support : Maintain filing systems, handle correspondence, and manage databases.

Project assistance : Support executives with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Confidentiality : Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
