We’re now at an inflection point in our growth and looking for a Brand Strategist who can translate our vision into powerful storytelling, sharp copy, and cohesive campaigns across platforms. This is a pivotal role — part creative lead, part brand guardian — designed for someone who moves fast and thinks like a founder.
Role Overview
You’ll own Veera’s tone of voice, brand storytelling, and content direction across the board — from social media calendars to email, influencer messaging, and creative briefs. You’ll work closely with the founders, designers, video editors, and performance team to make sure everything we put out looks and sounds like Veera.
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who wants to help build an iconic, premium wellness brand for women in India and beyond.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and own Veera’s tone of voice — confident, feminine, premium, science-backed
- Ensure Veera’s voice, tone and visuals are elevated and consistent across all channels - founders should need to be minimally involved
- Write and refine messaging for campaigns, products, ads, and partnerships
- Develop engaging content for paid advertisements, social media, email, SMS, WhatsApp and influencer campaigns.
- Coordinate content creation and manage the content calendar to ensure timely and accurate execution across channels.
- Support influencer and performance teams with scripts, hooks, and branded ad copy
- Manage the day-to-day operations of content creation across graphic designers, video editors, writers, associates etc
- Work on effective content buckets such as founder content, employee-generated content, user generated content etc
- Create and maintain a brand playbook and train other team members on voice and tone
- Work closely with teams such as product development, customer service, and sales to ensure that branding strategies align with business goals.
- Liaise with external agencies and vendors to manage production timelines and deliverables.
- Learn from how content is performing and use insights to create successful content going forward
- Research and monitor emerging social media trends to implement innovative content strategies
You’re a great fit if you :
Hold a Bachelor’s degree and ideally an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute (IIM, ISB, MICA, SP Jain, NMIMS, etc.)Have 3-5 years of experience in branding or creative strategy at a fast-paced premium D2C brand or agencyYou love storytelling, high aesthetics, and creating emotional resonance with womenWrite sharp, beautiful copy fast — and understand how to balance brand tone with conversionAre able to adapt and turn around drafts quickly, and are comfortable leveraging AI tools to do thisAre adept at managing content writers, designers, freelancers, giving feedback, and briefing creatorsHave worked in wellness, beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands (preferred but not required)Bonus if you have helped grow a D2C brand from early-stage to scale
