Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with a strong background in SQL, Fast Formulae, BU, OTBI, and HDL to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting- edge technology in a collaborative, results- oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze, design, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions, focusing on core modules such as Fast Formulae, SQL, BU, OTBI, and HDL.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, assess the needs, and provide technical solutions.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and process data as needed.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulae to meet the business requirements.
• Implement and support integrations using HDL for data migration and interfacing.
• Participate in all project phases, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct technical reviews and offer recommendations to enhance application performance and usability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion HCM modules and integrations.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of HCM applications.

Key Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions, with solid expertise in SQL, Fast Formulae, BU, OTBI, and HDL.

Educational Qualification : A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or B.Sc with a minimum of 70% score.

Technical Skills :

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and business users.

Shift Requirements : Willingness to work in US shifts (6 : 30 PM 2 : 30 AM).

Location : Able to work from the office at least 4 days per week.

Interview Process :

1st Round : Telephonic interview to assess technical knowledge and communication skills.

2nd Round : Face- to- face interview, conducted in the office. (Alternatively, both rounds can be conducted in the office if needed.)
