Job description

RevenUmf .Com, a fast-growing, AI-powered mutual fund investment platform is expanding its national Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) network. We are looking for a senior professional who has deep experience in the MFD ecosystem and can lead sub-distributor acquisition across India.

If you have experience in large MFD ecosystems such as NJ, Prudent, or other national distribution platforms and you understand the pulse of MFDs at the ground level, this role will give you the freedom and ownership to build an entire distribution ecosystem from scratch.

💼 About the Role

As the Senior Manager / Channel Head – Mutual Fund Sub-Distributor Acquisition , you will be responsible for :

  • Building a nationwide network of MFD sub-distributors under RevenUmf.Com
  • Onboarding retail MF distributors and guiding them through our digital platform
  • Designing acquisition funnels, training frameworks, and growth strategies
  • Working closely with the founder to scale distribution efficiently
  • Creating a tiered sub-broker network with structured business development processes
  • Driving AUM growth through strong distributor engagement
  • Representing RevenUmf at MFD meets, events, and channel-partner discussions

🎯 Who Should Apply

We’re looking for someone who has :

Must Have (Senior-Level Mandatory) :

  • At least 5+ years in the mutual fund distribution ecosystem
  • Experience at NJ, Prudent, CAMS, KFin , or leading AMC sales teams
  • Proven experience onboarding or managing MFDs / sub-brokers
  • Strong understanding of distribution structures, incentives, and AUM drivers
  • Existing network of distributors, ARN holders, and financial advisors
  • Ability to work with high ownership, clarity, and accountability
  • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with digital MF platforms or fintech
  • Exposure to retail sales teams and channel growth
  • Understanding of compliance and onboarding workflows
  • 💰 Compensation

    This is a success-based compensation role , aligned directly with channel performance and business growth. Your earnings grow as the MFD network and AUM scale.
