Placement Executive Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Placement Executive to support our Placement & Career Services team. The Placement Executive will be responsible for managing student records, coordinating with students, maintaining databases, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth functioning of placement activities, including internships and pre-placement training. Key Responsibilities : Maintain and regularly update the placement database to ensure all records are accurate and up to date. Prepare, document, and maintain reports, MIS, feedback, and attendance for all placement and internship drives. Ensure proper filing and organization of all placement-related documentation. Coordinate with students to ensure their enrollment in Superset and address any concerns related to the platform or placement process. Provide guidance to students regarding placement processes, internships, and job opportunities. Maintain and update records, reports, and analysis related to pre-placement training activities. Ensure that pre-placement training sessions are effectively organized and tracked. Collate footages of all official placement-related sessions and manage the content for social media handles. Work with the team to ensure social media updates are timely and accurate. Handle the processing of mementos and honorarium for mock GDPI experts and alumni involved in placement preparation. Maintain all student-related records, ensuring data is organized and stored securely. Keep Google Drives updated with necessary placement-related documents and student details. Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the Placement Manager from time to time. Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Social media handling experience is desirable. Preferred Qualifications : Prior experience in a placement or career services department is a plus. Familiarity with student engagement tools and databases.
