As a V&A Trainer, you will be conducting English Language sessions, Soft skills session in Business context and Train New Hires on Communication skills and provide floor support to enhance their performance
Key responsibilities would be :
- Auditing calls / Emails and sharing feedback on CTQ parameters to improve customer experience
- Conduct formal Sessions to help front line agents become better with language and soft skills
- Attending client calls and presenting performance where applicable
- Attending reviews to share weekly results and achievements
- Understanding the training needs for your accounts and coming up with appropriate action plans
- Training New Hires on Communication skills (along with the process trainer, using business context and examples)
- Good understanding of the process and processing steps, to be able to coach and trainer employees using examples from the business
- Coaching the bottom quartile and showing an improvement in call & email quality
- Well versed in Soft Skill & V&A and training methodologies
