About the Team :

At Rubrik our Product Management team is at the forefront of defining the strategy and driving execution to strengthen our leading platform for cyber-resilience. We are dedicated to meeting the ever-changing data management and security needs of our customers and wear multiple hats throughout the different stages in the product lifecycle and set the vision for our growing family of products. As advocates for both our users and our business Product Managers balance varied perspectives and empower their teams to do great work.

The Hypervisors team within Rubriks enterprise data protection business holds strategic value and is poised for significant business impact. The team is focused on solving cyber resilience challenges facing enterprises today. Youll be in the room with customers guiding engineering on technical trade-offs and leading the go-to-market plan.

About the Role :

As a Senior Product Manager for Hypervisors you will drive the end-to-end strategy and execution for Rubriks Hypervisor solution guaranteeing robust protection against cyber threats and data corruption to our customers. You will partner with engineering design and sales working directly with customers to validate pain points and bring a differentiated market-leading solution to life. Given the high growth and strategic importance of hypervisor protection at Rubrik and also within the Enterprise Data Protection team this position is crucial to the companys overall success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Hypervisor protection ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Lead the development of protection features for Hypervisor platforms.
• Drive product adoption and engagement by deeply understanding enterprise customers pain points and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing and sales to deliver on the product roadmap.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Define key success metrics and use a data-driven approach for all product decisions.
• Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert on Hypervisor platforms and protection.
