Project Performance Consultant

Studio Chintala is seeking a dynamic Project Controls Specialist to support our US client's Project Management Office (PMO). This role sits at the intersection of project performance analysis, business operations, and executive consulting —ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between project data and business decisions—analyzing project health, identifying performance gaps, and advising leadership with actionable insights. They will work closely with our client's PMO Directors, Senior Project Managers, and CXOs to strengthen delivery, profitability, and outcomes.

• What You’ll Do Project & Business Performance Analysis : Track key metrics across profitability, risk, and resource allocation;

PMO & Project Support : Lead and support project setup, QA / QC, reporting, and lifecycle governance in tools such as Deltek Vision and Tableau .

Strategic Insights : Translate project data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership and executives.

Operational Excellence : Drive consistency in project workflows, process improvement, and compliance with PMO standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with teams across Finance, Operations, and Design Delivery to align execution with business strategy.

Leadership Support : Serve as a trusted advisor to Project Directors and Senior Managers, providing high-level recommendations grounded in data and business acumen.

Project Management Expertise : Prior experience supporting project or portfolio performance in AEC or consulting sectors.

Technical Proficiency : Strong working knowledge of Excel , Deltek Vision , Tableau , and PMO tools.

Adaptability : High energy, proactive, “can-do” professional who thrives in ambiguity but executes with precision—even on repetitive or detailed tasks.

Preferred Background Education : MBA or Master’s in Project Management, Finance, or Business Administration from a reputed institution.

Experience :

4–7 years in management consulting , project controls , or PMO analysis roles.

Prior U.S. consulting or AEC experience is strongly preferred.

Exposure to global teams , data-driven operations , or enterprise project systems (e.G., Deltek, Tableau).
