As a AI Software Developer, you will design and implement advanced AI / ML solutions that transform healthcare technology. You'll work on cutting-edge projects involving generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative software.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and deploy AI / ML models for enterprise applications. Implement reusable frameworks and libraries.

Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to align AI solutions with business goals. Optimize algorithms for performance and compliance.

Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).

Knowledge of LLMs, RAG systems, and generative AI.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.

Advanced degree in AI / ML or related field. Experience with MLOps and containerization (Docker).

Familiarity with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations.
