Job Purpose
We are seeking an Monetization & partnership Manager- Financial Products- drive revenue growth through partnering with BFSI, NBFCs, Neo Banks, and Fin-tech companies. This role will be responsible for driving ARPU growth of our existing and expanding user base with a significant toppling impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit card integrations and partnerships between digital platforms and banks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive journey efficiency and have good depth of Credit card onboarding journey and associated regulatory guidelines.
- Key spends projects —from conception to launch.
- Digital Initiatives to drive spends - Identifying the gaps, initiating and driving projects for automating processes, creation of user journeys (App & Website)
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to develop hypotheses and build customer offers and communication plan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner banks, including senior executives, business leaders, and relationship managers
- Drive the development and launch of innovative products, services, and solutions in collaboration with financial institution partners.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of partnership initiatives and optimize performance
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and decision-making
- Work with Marketing team of bank & times group on customer communication for offers
- Partner with engineers, designers, marketing, customer operations, strategy and analytics teams to rapidly develop and deliver projects
- Build strong relations with internal & external stakeholders
- Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience
- Ideate innovative acquisition concepts
Qualifications
MBA from a tier 1 institute with 5 years + of business development, partnerships, or sales experience in fast-paced growth environment in banks, fintech or platforms with co-branded cardsComprehensive knowledge and experience of working in credit cards, payments, e-commerce, Fintech and / or technology enabled commerce businessesExperience in driving card spends, acquiring strategy, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the credit card industry and India market landscape. Relationships across key players would be valuable.Own and manage partnerships, drive business outcomes, and coordinate internal resources towards delivery of partnership goals.
