What We Expect

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will lead the Delivery function and manage a team responsible for end-to-end execution of AI-driven content and software solutions for our fashion and retail clients. You will work closely with engineering, graphic design, product, and AI modeling teams to ensure smooth execution, strong coordination, and high-quality outcomes.

You will not only drive projects to successful completion but also establish delivery processes, mentor team members, and build a culture of ownership, speed, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Delivery team to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and support career development of team members.
• Build and scale delivery processes, workflows, and SOPs.

Project Delivery & Execution

Stakeholder Management

Process & Quality Ownership

Risk & Issue Management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion or related field.
