Business Finance Manager - Alternate Channels

At Dabur, we believe that financial insight drives business excellence. We’re looking for a dynamic finance professional to join our Business Finance team as a Business Finance Manager – Alternate Channel, based at our Corporate Office in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.

Qualification & Experience

• Chartered Accountant with 6-9 years’ experience in Business Finance / FP&A / Commercial Finance in FMCG
• Proven expertise in P&L management, budget tracking, and performance analysis.
• Strong ability to translate insights into strategic actions and influence cross-functional decisions.
• Exposure to revenue planning, investment evaluation, and channel economics.
• Proficient in analytics, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving orientation.
• Should act on the principle of Urgency without emergency
