Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, strategic Manager – Membership Programme to lead the backend planning, coordination, and delivery of a high-impact engagement calendar for IGF premium membership programmes - Leaders Circle, and Founders Circle.
This role is central to the successful execution of our membership strategy, ensuring that members experience a seamless and well-curated journey throughout the year. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a structured engagement calendar.
Working closely with internal teams across events, content, marketing, partnerships, and operations, you will ensure every touchpoint in the calendar is delivered efficiently and with strategic intent — maximising programme impact and member value behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Curate and Manage the Annual Engagement Calendar
Design and deliver a structured, high-value calendar of touchpoints across the year, tailored to different membership tiers.Schedule and manage engagement moments such as :Closed-door briefings and roundtablesCurated leadership dinnersNetworking events and fireside chatsVIP access to sports and lifestyle experiencesVirtual member-only calls and content dropsPersonalisation and Journey Mapping
Develop individual member engagement maps, aligned with their professional interests, personal passions, and business goals.Ensure every member has a planned, well-paced sequence of interactions across the year that feels relevant and valuable.Member Intelligence & Communications
Work with the data team to maintain a detailed member engagement tracker and CRM system to monitor interactions, interests and opportunities.Produce regular updates, reports, and briefings tailored for members.Lead communication efforts, including newsletters, personalised outreach, and feedback loops to ensure members are well-informed and heard.Growth & Impact
Support the development of compelling value propositions to attract new members and retain existing ones.Gather insights and feedback to evolve the programme in response to member needs and market dynamics.Measure engagement performance against agreed KPIs and continuously improve based on data and insights.What We’re Looking For
7+ years’ experience in programme management, strategic planning, or high-value engagement coordination, preferably in executive networks, forums, or membership-driven organisationsProven ability to design and manage structured engagement calendars across diverse formats (events, content, campaigns) and stakeholder groupsStrong project management and organisational skills with demonstrated experience in cross-functional coordination (events, content, marketing, partnerships)Familiarity with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce) and data tracking systems for monitoring engagement, planning workflows, and reporting performanceExcellent written communication skills for drafting internal briefs, engagement summaries, and structured programme updatesAbility to translate strategic objectives into curated experiences and operational plans with precision and consistencyComfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a keen eye for detail and qualityWhy Join Us?
