Job Title : Admission Counsellor (Fresher)

Location : Mumbai (Work from Office)

Salary : Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Incentives up to ₹4 LPA

About the Role :

We are seeking passionate and energetic fresh graduates to join our team as Admission Counsellors . This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build their career in counselling, sales, and the education industry. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

Counsel prospective students about our programs through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.

Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.

Achieve weekly / monthly targets related to student enrollments.

Accurately maintain student records in the CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduate (any stream) – Freshers & Experienced encouraged to apply

Strong communication skills English

Positive attitude, target-oriented, and eager to learn

Basic computer and MS Office skills
