Role Overview :

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) based in Dubai with strong experience in the Web3 industry. The candidate will focus on lead hunting and sales development, identifying new business opportunities in the Web3 market and building strong client relationships to expand Antiers presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Hunt, identify, and qualify new leads in the Web3 / blockchain ecosystem (DeFi, NFT, Metaverse, Tokenization, Exchanges, etc.).
• Build a strong sales pipeline and manage end-to-end business development activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, founders, and stakeholders in the Web3 industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, delivery) to align client requirements with Antiers service offerings.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities in the Web3 and blockchain space.
• Represent Antier Solutions in conferences, meetups, and networking events in Dubai.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue Proven experience (5+ years) in business development / sales in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
• Strong lead generation, hunting, and networking skills.
• Good understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFT, and related domains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Based in Dubai (mandatory).
