About the job

A MICE Head or Operations Manager oversees all aspects of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events for a travel or event management company. This role ensures seamless planning and execution to meet client objectives and company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate meetings, incentive programs, conferences, and event projects.
• Manage client communication from initial briefing to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with hotels, venues, suppliers, and service providers for logistical arrangements.
• Supervise on-site event execution including setup, guest management, and troubleshooting. Develop detailed event budgets, proposals, and timelines.
• Lead and train a team of event coordinators and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
• Analyze event performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
